Verify that the itemized statement identifies the selected goods and services, each price, cash advances, and the total. Preserve each line’s category rather than combining the package, crematory charge, merchandise, certificates, and other outside items into an unsupported figure.

Unresolved fields should lead to specific written questions. Ask which direct-cremation variant is quoted, which container is included, whether each required New York package component appears, whether the crematory charge is separate, and whether every uncertain amount is a cash-advance estimate. For a charge described as imposed by a crematory, cemetery, or law, request the written reason shown on the itemized statement.
